CHLB Foundation Presents: Night At The Movies II
"Night At The Movies" is the signature event for Community Hospital Long Beach Foundation. This unique one-of-a-kind evening recreated the magic of the Academy Awards show. The evening offered movie-themed tables with table-set designs and costumes; guests played key roles vying for the coveted Fillmore Awards (in honor of CHLB's founder Fillmore Condit) in a variety of categories to include:
"People's Choice Awards", "Best Picture", "Best Actor/Actress", "Best Special Effects"
VIP Judges observed, voted (accepting bribes) and decided the night's winners!
Funds raised for the CHLB Foundation's "2nd Century Fund" benefits facilities, equipment, services and programs at CHLB.
Thanks for joining a cast of Hollywood celebrities, community notables and special surprises all to benefit your beloved Community Hospital Long Beach (MemorialCare Health System).

Our celebrity judges were roaming around the ballroom and deciding who would take the prestigious Fillmore awards which included the best actor, best pictures, best actress, best special effects, and people's choice awards. Judges were accepting bribes...we mean "donations"... for the evening.
